The brand is currently available in more than 25,000 professional independent salons and 15,000 professional salon chains including Ulta and Regis. Pioneered by Carolyn Aronson, the brand’s founder and CEO, is guided by her 35 years of experience as a hair stylist, salon owner and haircare manufacturer.

It’s a 10 prides itself on its iconic leave-in conditioner which combines ten benefits in an all-in-one formula for all hair types. Having a Hispanic background, Aronson’s main passion point is to create a diverse, revolutionary and inclusive multi-functional collection for all hair types and textures.
